What Went Well?

or Our project, I did fairly well and tried to do the best I could with the communication skills I had so far and tried to work productively under time limits with minimal stress.
I was rather pleased with the end result I felt that we managed this project really well and that we listened to ideas from others and built a vision for our production.

What could be improved?

I think my communication and teamworking skills could be heavily improved as I want to be able to work to the best of my ability and to have the confidence to share my ideas and opinions, therefore, adding more to the overall product this is something that could be built upon in the future. A large issue faced was planning and communication during the entire rigging prosses also the communication wasnt to great meaning having a heavy impact on the rigging prosses, meaning that a few times we had to take down fixtures because they were in the wrong place, or we'd have to re-cable the fixtures because the DMX chain was in the wrong place.

What skills have I developed?

During the Frankenstein project, I developed a lot of my soft skills some of these being teamwork, due to the fact we had to re-cable the fixtures because of our lack of communication and organization and communication making the fit-up prolonged.
These soft skills are important for future projects as it allows me to do a better job in developing teamworking and communication skills.
Not only this but I did also develop my hard skills such as I became better at rigging and using different types of clamps on different fixtures. I also managed to improve my plotting skills on the desk learning different types of shortcuts to make this prosses easier and shorter.
